Job Summary
As a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent with Kemper, you will coordinate home visits, conduct sales presentations, recommend products, and close new sales. The role involves prospecting for new sales opportunities and maintaining strong customer relationships by collecting premiums on a customized schedule. Agents will manage an established book of business providing income through a collections commission for premiums. This position offers a pay-for-performance compensation model with uncapped commissions and incentives such as bonuses during the first year of employment for maintaining specific performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Must be fully licensed to sell all Kemper Life’s products (Life, Health, P&C)
- Customer service experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license with required auto insurance coverage
- Dependable vehicle for daily travel
- Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screening
- Authorization to work in the United States
