Job Summary
As a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent with Kemper, you will manage an established book of business and collect premiums while providing value to customers through home visits and insurance solutions. Responsibilities include coordinating home visits for sales presentations, maintaining strong customer relationships, and effectively managing service requests. This position requires full licensure to sell Kemper Life products, customer service experience, and a dependable vehicle for travel. Required Qualifications
- Must be fully licensed to sell all Kemper Life’s products (Life, Health, P&C)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license with required auto insurance coverage
- Authorization to work in the United States

- Experience in customer service
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
- Dependable vehicle for daily travel
Additional Requirements
- Agents must maintain a $200 average monthly issued premium and be an active employee in good standing
- The Licensed Agent Bonus Program is not available to rehires or agents with temporary licenses
