Job Summary
Coordinate home visits to conduct sales presentations, recommend products, and close new sales while prospecting for additional opportunities. Collect premiums on a pre-arranged schedule you determine, respond promptly to service requests like beneficiary changes and claims, and maintain records for accounting and policy paperwork. Grow your assigned territory through new sales and build strong relationships with customers. As a licensed agent, you will receive a sign-on bonus and uncapped commissions based on performance, with additional incentives for maintaining a $200 average monthly issued premium.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Insurance Agent
- Must be fully licensed to sell all Kemper Life's products (Life, Health, P&C)
- Customer service experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license with required auto insurance coverage
- Dependable vehicle for daily travel
- Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screening
- Authorization to work in the United States
