Job Summary
Conduct daily home visits to collect premiums, present new policies, and close sales within your assigned territory. Maintain strong customer relationships by promptly addressing service requests such as beneficiary changes, claims, and loans. Manage your own schedule for premium collection while handling record keeping, accounting, and policy paperwork processing. As a field sales agent, you will prospect for new opportunities and grow your book of business to maximize uncapped commissions.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Insurance Agent
- Must be fully licensed to sell all Kemper Life's products (Life, Health, P&C)
- Customer service experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license with required auto insurance coverage
- Dependable vehicle for daily travel
- Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screening
- Authorization to work in the United States
