Manage a caseload of active consumer proposal and bankruptcy files while liaising with clients, creditors, the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy, and the courts. Attend creditor meetings, court hearings, and file necessary reports to ensure compliance with federal regulations. Oversee and support a team of administrative professionals and junior insolvency staff through ongoing training and development. Stay current on insolvency laws, regulations, and procedural updates to maintain high standards of professionalism and discretion in supporting clients through financial recovery.
