Job Summary
Private-practice, fully remote Licensed Mental Health Professional role on BetterHelp’s platform. Provide therapy to adults, couples, or teens with autonomy over clinical decisions, serving insurance and cash-pay clients through a private, overhead-free setup. Independent contractor position with flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and access to CEU courses. Requires 3+ years of counseling experience and a Master’s or Doctorate in a relevant field, plus an active, independent license and U.S. residency. Excellent written communication and a professional home workspace with liability insurance are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of mental health counseling experience
- Master’s or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- Fully independent license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, etc.) and can provide therapy without supervision
- U.S. residency, private workspace, reliable internet, and liability insurance
