Job Summary
Provide counseling to clients/residents in approximately 15 care facilities per month within a 60-mile radius, covering a mix of nursing, group, or long-term care settings. Manage daily travel across varying acuity levels and patient populations while maintaining excellent organization and time-management skills. Maintain an energetic, ambitious attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset to support ongoing professional growth within a diverse team of LPNs, PMHNPs, and PhDs. The role offers full-time status with supported autonomy, schedule flexibility, and access to customized training, onboarding, and career advancement opportunities including supervisor positions.
Required Qualifications
- Daily travel required
- LISW or LISW-S
- Ohio license
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (with an acceptable driving record)
- Energetic and ambitious attitude

- Excellent organization and time-management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Proficient computer skills (bonus if experience working with Gerimed EMR)
