Provide counseling to clients/residents in approximately 15 care facilities per month within a 60-mile radius, with territory and facility types varying by location. Manage a combination of nursing, group, or long-term care settings while adapting to varying acuity levels and patient populations. Perform daily travel to these sites, requiring a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Maintain excellent organization and time-management skills to support the team mentality and accelerated professional growth within this exceptional, board-certified environment.
Required Qualifications

- Ohio license
