Job Summary
Provide counseling to clients/residents in approximately 15 care facilities per month within a 60-mile radius, covering a mix of nursing, group, or long-term care settings with varying acuity levels. Daily travel is required, and you must maintain a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with an acceptable driving record. This full-time position demands an energetic, ambitious attitude with strong organization, time-management, and computer skills. You will work within individual teams comprised of LPN, PMHNP, PhD, and LISW members, supported by full credentialing assistance and customized training. The role offers schedule flexibility, supervisor advancement opportunities, and access to yearly CEU reimbursement and malpractice coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Daily travel required
- LISW or LISW-S
- Ohio license
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (with an acceptable driving record)
