Job Summary
Family Access Center is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner to provide individual, family, and couples therapy to children, adolescents, and adults while conducting assessments and treatment planning. The role includes crisis response, maintaining client records, and participating in program development. Proficiency with electronic documentation and time management skills are essential. Applicants must possess a Master’s degree and relevant licensure in Nebraska and Iowa.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Counseling or Social Work
- Licensed in the State of Nebraska (LIMHP)
- Licensed in the State of Iowa (LMHC, LISW or LMSW)
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of community resources and service providers
- Flexibility to work days/evenings and be available for crisis intervention
