Job Summary
Licensed mental health professionals needed to join Rula's telehealth network as 1099 contractors in Washington. Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families with schedule autonomy and administrative support handled by Rula. Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with biweekly direct deposit and guaranteed payment for no-shows/late cancellations. The role includes fast-track credentialing with insurance partners, private-practice autonomy, and access to client referrals, EHR and billing support, and dedicated staff for non-clinical tasks. Requires active licensure (LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC) in Washington, valid NPI, ability to provide telehealth, and willingness to work remotely.
