Job Summary
Rula is seeking licensed clinicians (LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC) to join its telehealth network as 1099 contractors in Washington. Providers enjoy complete schedule autonomy with admin tasks handled by Rula (insurance enrollment, billing, claims, EHR, and IT support), allowing focus on delivering client care. The role offers flexible client referrals, credentialing support to see clients quickly, and the ability to determine how many clients to see and when. Partners join a growing telehealth community, with best-fit client referrals and professional development resources (including CEU courses). Must be licensed in WA, able to provide telehealth, and be comfortable operating as an independent contractor with remote work arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Valid NPI
- Must be licensed in Washington
- Must be able to provide telehealth
