Job Summary
Join Rula as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), LMFT, or LMHC contractor to provide telehealth behavioral health services within Washington. You’ll operate as a 1099 contractor with complete schedule autonomy, credentialing support for insurance partnerships, and admin handled by Rula (billing, claims, EHR, and support). You’ll see clients remotely, decide your own caseload, and receive referrals and client profiles to match your clinical approach. The role emphasizes private-practice autonomy, flexible hours, and collaboration with a growing therapist community, while maintaining licensure requirements, telehealth capabilities, and direct deposit payments. Compensation is $80 per hourly session, with guaranteed biweekly payments, and access to credentialing assistance and clinical development resources.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Valid NPI
- Must be licensed in Washington
- Must be able to provide telehealth
