Job Summary
Provide behavioral health therapy as an independent contractor via telehealth in Washington. Join Rula’s clinician network to see clients with full scheduling autonomy and no administrative burden: Rula handles billing, claims, EHR, and other admin tasks; you focus on delivering quality client care. Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), with guaranteed payments every two weeks and payment protection for no-shows and late cancellations. Rula offers rapid credentialing through insurer partnerships, flexible scheduling, best-fit client referrals, and ongoing clinical support, including access to CEU courses. This role supports licensed clinicians (LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC) who are licensed in WA and able to provide telehealth, working remotely with potential expansion to other locations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Valid NPI
- Must be licensed in Washington
- Must be able to provide telehealth
