Job Summary
Licensed clinicians in WA are invited to join Rula as LICSW/LMFT/LMHC contractors for telehealth practice. The role emphasizes private practice autonomy with full scheduling control, 1099 contractor status, and administrative support handled by Rula (billing, claims, EHR, and tech). The position includes credentialing assistance with insurance partners, access to dedicated clinical leadership and professional development, and marketing/referral support to connect you with clients while you focus on delivering care. Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed payout every two weeks, and no minimum caseload requirements. Requirement to be licensed in WA with ability to provide telehealth; 1099 contractor in a telehealth care network expanding in Washington.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Valid NPI
- Must be licensed in Washington
- Must be able to provide telehealth
