Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) (No Associates)

Licensed mental health professionals (LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC) sought to join Rula as 1099 contractors delivering telehealth psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families in Washington. The role focuses on private-practice style client care with full schedule autonomy; Rula handles insurance billing, claims, EHR support, admin tasks, and partner credentialing so providers can concentrate on delivering care. Compensation is defined as $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed payment every two weeks.
