Job Summary
Rula is seeking licensed behavioral health providers (LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC) to join its remote, contract-based network in Washington. 1099 contractors will benefit from credentialing support, complete schedule autonomy, and a focus on delivering client care while Rula handles billing, claims, EHR, and administrative tasks. Providers can choose how many clients to see and when, receive best-fit referrals, and access ongoing clinical development resources. The role emphasizes telehealth delivery, private-practice-style independence, and flexible scheduling within a telehealth framework. Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed biweekly payments, plus protections for no-shows/late cancellations and denied claims. Required: WA licensure (LMFT/LICSW/LMHC), valid NPI, ability to provide telehealth. Locations may include WA and IL as remote opportunities. Capabilities include credentialing assistance, insurance acceptance support, and administrative support for clinicians.
