Job Summary
Licensed clinicians (LMFT/LICSW/LMHC) join Rula's telehealth network as 1099 contractors in Washington to provide behavioral health services to individuals, couples, and families. The role offers complete schedule autonomy, administration handled by Rula (billing, claims, EHR, and support), credentialing assistance to see clients quickly, and flexible remote work. Compensation is $80 per 53-minute session with guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit. Must maintain licensure (WA) and do telehealth; NPI required; joining a network of providers with access to best-fit client referrals and ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Valid NPI
- Must be licensed in Washington
- Must be able to provide telehealth
- Work Remotely
