Job Summary
Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington to provide telehealth behavioral health services to individuals, couples, and families. The role is a 1099 contractor with no minimum caseload and complete schedule autonomy, handling sessions via telehealth with compensation of $80 per hourly session and guaranteed direct-deposit payments. The position includes fast-track credentialing with insurance partners, full admin support for billing/claims/EHR, and access to provider referrals and ongoing clinical development. Key responsibilities and offerings include credentialing assistance to see clients quickly, flexible scheduling, best-fit client referrals, admin support to handle insurance, billing, and claims, and access to professional development resources and case consultation to support clinical excellence. Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC, possess a valid NPI, be licensed in Washington, and able to provide telehealth.
