Job Summary
Remote Massachusetts LICSW telehealth opportunity for a full-time clinical social worker. Deliver remote mental health therapy to clients in Massachusetts, complete psychosocial assessments, develop practical treatment goals, and support clients in emotional regulation and coping strategies. Maintain session notes, treatment plans, and required records, using secure technology for virtual sessions. Follow applicable state, federal, and professional requirements for remote clinical care; typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. Massachusetts LICSW license and Master’s in Social Work required; experience delivering therapy via telehealth. Location is Medford, MA with remote work arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Active and unrestricted Massachusetts LICSW license
- Previous experience providing therapy, counseling, or clinical social work services
- Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms
- Strong assessment, documentation, and treatment planning skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professional clinical standards
- Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for remote sessions
