Job Summary
Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) needed for remote Massachusetts therapy role. Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients in Massachusetts, including intake screenings and clinical evaluations, develop and update treatment plans, provide therapeutic support across emotional/behavioral/relational/adjustment concerns, monitor progress, document work clearly, and utilize secure telehealth and EHR systems. Maintain compliance with Massachusetts practice requirements and professional ethics; schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. Remote, full-time role with salary $115,000–$120,000 per year and full benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Active and unrestricted Massachusetts LICSW license
- Previous experience providing therapy, counseling, or clinical social work services
- Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms
- Strong assessment, documentation, and treatment planning skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professional clinical standards
- Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for remote sessions
