Job Summary
Deliver teletherapy to individuals in a remote Massachusetts setting. Manage clinical care from assessment through ongoing treatment, using secure systems for scheduling, sessions, and documentation. Responsibility includes conducting teletherapy sessions, evaluating client concerns, building individualized care plans, applying clinical interventions during virtual sessions, addressing stress, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship strain, and major life changes, maintaining HIPAA-compliant practices, ensuring clear documentation, and maintaining reliable availability for scheduled client care. Must hold a Master’s in Social Work and an active MA LICSW license; proficient in telehealth delivery, strong assessment and treatment planning, and independent remote work. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. Benefits include salary of $115,000–$120,000, full benefits, PTO, health insurance, 401K with company match, and remote work setting.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Active and unrestricted Massachusetts LICSW license
- Experience providing therapy, counseling, or clinical social work services
- Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms
- Strong assessment, documentation, and treatment planning skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professional clinical standards
- Reliable internet connection and private workspace for remote sessions
