Job Summary
Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to provide remote therapy services to clients throughout Massachusetts via telehealth. Responsibilities include conducting individual therapy sessions, completing intake assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans based on client goals, using evidence-based approaches for anxiety, depression, trauma, and related concerns, monitoring progress, ensuring HIPAA-compliant documentation, and addressing safety/crisis concerns. Must adhere to Massachusetts licensing standards and professional ethics. Remote, full-time role with a Monday–Friday schedule and a salary of $115,000–$120,000 with full benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Active and unrestricted Massachusetts LICSW license
- Previous experience providing therapy, counseling, or clinical social work services
- Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms
- Strong assessment, documentation, and treatment planning skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professional clinical standards
- Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for remote sessions
