Job Summary
Licensed clinicians (LMFT/LICSW/LMHC) join Rula’s network as 1099 contractors to provide telehealth services to individuals, couples, and families. They receive credentialing assistance, complete schedule autonomy, and admin/billing support handled by Rula, allowing focus on delivering client care. The role enables remote work with WA licensure required and telehealth delivery; providers control their caseload and hours while maintaining private-practice-style collaboration within a therapist community. Compensation is based on hourly sessions ($80 per 53-minute session) with guaranteed biweekly payments and ongoing clinical and professional development resources.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Valid NPI
- Must be licensed in Washington
- Must be able to provide telehealth
