Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

Licensed mental health professional sought to join Rula’s clinician network as a 1099 contractor delivering telehealth behavioral health services to individuals, couples, and families. Must hold LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC license (Washington) and be able to provide telehealth. Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed biweekly payments; schedule autonomy; completed credentialing support; and admin support handling billing, claims, EHR, and related tasks so you can focus on client care. The role emphasizes private-practice-like independence with access to referrals, professional development resources, and a collaborative clinical community.
