Job Summary
Licensed mental health professionals join Rula's network as 1099 contractors to provide behavioral health care via telehealth to individuals, couples, and families. You’ll benefit from credentialing support, complete schedule autonomy (decide how many clients you want to see and when), best-fit client referrals, and admin support handling insurance, billing, claims, and EHR. Compensation is provided per session (LMHC: $80 per 53-minute session), with guaranteed payments every two weeks. The role emphasizes private-practice autonomy within a supportive system, with dedicated clinical development, access to CEU resources, and a focus on delivering high-quality client care while Rula manages administrative heavy-lifting.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC
- Valid NPI
- Must be licensed in Washington
- Must be able to provide telehealth
