Job Summary
Licensed mental health professionals (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT) join Rula as 1099 contractors delivering telehealth behavioral health services to clients in Washington. Providers choose their schedule with complete autonomy, while Rula handles billing, claims, EHR, and insurance credentialing so clinicians can focus on client care. Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with biweekly direct-deposit payments and guaranteed payment for no-shows/late cancellations. The role supports credentialing with insurance partners, private-practice-style independence, and access to a network of referrals. Must hold WA licensure, provide telehealth, and be able to operate as a contractor within the Rula telehealth model.
