Licensed behavioral-health providers (LMFT/LICSW/LMHC) join Rula’s telehealth network as 1099 contractors to deliver client care with autonomous scheduling. The role emphasizes online clinical sessions (53-minute LMHC session paid at $80/hour), credentialing support, administrative relief from billing/claims/EHR, and access to best-fit referrals while maintaining private-practice-level autonomy. Remote work is supported with flexible scheduling, and providers can control caseload and availability while receiving administrative services handled by Rula. Minimum qualification includes Washington licensure, valid NPI, and ability to provide telehealth; compensation is session-based and paid biweekly. The network focuses on high-quality clinical care across individuals, couples, and families with ongoing professional development and support.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Valid NPI
- Must be licensed in Washington
- Must be able to provide telehealth
