Job Summary
Licensed clinicians (LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC) are invited to join Rula as a 1099 contractor delivering telehealth behavioral health services to individuals, couples, and families in Washington. The network emphasizes private-practice autonomy with admin support for billing, claims, and EHR, allowing providers to focus on client care. Compensation is $80 per 53-minute session, with guaranteed biweekly direct deposit and credentialing assistance to accelerate enrollment with insurance partners. Providers control their schedule, decide client volume, and receive referrals and professional development resources. Must be licensed in Washington, able to provide telehealth, hold a valid NPI, and operate as a remote-friendly contractor. Remote work is supported; locations include Albuquerque, NM and WA, US.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Valid NPI
- Must be licensed in Washington
- Must be able to provide telehealth
