Job Summary
Licensed mental health clinicians can join Rula as 1099 contractors to deliver telehealth services to individuals, couples, and families. The role supports private practice without administrative burdens: Rula handles credentialing with insurance partners, billing, EHR, claims, scheduling, and client referrals. Clinicians choose their own caseload and availability, remain autonomous in scheduling, and work remotely from Washington. Accepting LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC license holders who are licensed in WA, have a valid NPI, can provide telehealth, and operate as independent contractors. Compensation is $80 per 53-minute session, with guaranteed payments every two weeks via direct deposit. The company emphasizes quality clinical practice, access to client referrals, and ongoing professional development including CEU courses.
