Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

Licensed clinicians are invited to join Rula’s network as 1099 contractors offering telehealth behavioral health services to individuals, couples, and families in Washington. Providers enroll quickly with our insurance partners, gain complete schedule autonomy, and receive administrative support including billing and claims handling while focusing on client care. The role supports private-practice-style delivery with 53-minute sessions compensated at $80 per hour, biweekly direct deposit, and coverage for no-shows and cancellations. Requires active licensure (LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC) in Washington, valid NPI, ability to provide telehealth, and willingness to work remotely. Training and credentialing assistance are provided to expedite enrollment, and providers control their own availability and client referrals. Collaboration and clinical excellence are emphasized within a supportive telehealth-centric community, with ongoing access to professional development and CEU resources.
