Job Summary
Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington to deliver behavioral health services to individuals, couples, and families via telehealth. Providers are 1099 contractors with schedule autonomy; the company handles insurance credentialing, billing, claims, EHR support, and administrative tasks, while clinicians focus on client care. Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with biweekly guaranteed payments. The role emphasizes fast credentialing, flexible scheduling, best-fit client referrals, admin support, and a strong clinical quality culture with ongoing CEU opportunities. Must be licensed (LMFT/LICSW/LMHC), hold an NPI, be licensed in WA, and be able to provide telehealth.
