Job Summary
Licensed mental health professionals (LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC) join Rula as 1099 contractors delivering telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families in Washington state; you control your schedule with credentialing support and administrative burden handled by Rula, so you can focus on delivering patient care. Compensation is $80 per 53-minute session with biweekly direct deposit and payment protections. Our onboarding includes fast credentialing with insurance partners, autonomy over availability, help crafting a strong provider profile for referrals, and full admin support for billing, claims, and EHR. Must be licensed in WA, available for telehealth, and able to operate as a contractor; remote work is supported.

- Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Valid NPI
- Must be licensed in Washington
- Must be able to provide telehealth
