Job Summary
Licensed HVAC/R Technician with 3+ years of commercial service and installation experience. Performs service and installation of RTUs, heat pumps, and VRF equipment across MA and RI; relies on EPA universal certification and a Journeyman refrigeration license (MA or RI). Full-time role with daily travel to job sites; competitive wages with prevailing-wage work, company vehicle, benefits, 401(k)/ESOP, and growth opportunities. Primary duties include diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems, performing installations, and supporting field and office staff in a client-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years commercial HVAC service experience
- Minimum 3 years HVAC system installation experience
- Journeyman refrigeration license in MA or RI
- EPA universal certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Must possess hand tools
- High school diploma
- Skills in controls installation and troubleshooting or willingness to learn
