Conduct omni-channel sales discussions for individual family plans and enroll eligible prospects via inbound and outbound calls, web chat, text, and email. Follow up on leads by scheduling tele sales appointments and assist existing members in understanding current benefits and addressing coverage questions. Maintain a solid working knowledge of the product portfolio, eligibility guidelines, and competitor products to sell effectively against market options. This role supports Bright Health Plan's membership enrollment and satisfaction goals as a front-line representative. An active, unrestricted Accident, Health and Life license in Arizona is required, along with two years of selling health insurance experience.
