Job Summary
Provide leadership and oversight for healthcare operations within the 175-bed facility, including nursing and supporting services. Serve as a member of the Management Group to influence daily resident experiences and long-term strategic direction. Establish operational goals aligned with the mission while collaborating on quality-management initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. Guide operations through a two-year facility remodeling project, ensuring continuity of care and regulatory compliance. Build a cohesive team environment that promotes quality, safety, and dignity in every resident interaction. This role supports the broader Greencroft Communities mission of senior care through a faith-based nonprofit organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field
- Current Licensed Health Facility Administrator credential in the State of Indiana
- At least five years of leadership experience in long-term care
- Previous management experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and team development
- Strong communication, problem-solving, strategic planning, and relationship-building skills
