Join Health Helpers as a Licensed Health Insurance Sales Agent, where you'll handle 15–20 inbound calls per day from interested clients, educate customers on health insurance plans, manage leads using CRM software, and achieve performance goals. The position offers a guaranteed base pay of $800/week, with average total compensation ranging from $60,000 to $85,000 annually, and involves no cold calling. Ideal candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in the insurance or sales field, alongside strong communication skills. Licensing sponsorship is available.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in insurance, inside sales, or call center (preferred)
- Licensed in health insurance (preferred, not required)
