Job Summary
Provide information to customers about healthcare options and insurance policies, helping them select appropriate coverage that fits their needs. Engage with callers to understand requirements, respond to inquiries regarding coverage, benefits, and claims, and resolve concerns about existing policies. Ensure all activities comply with insurance regulations while maintaining accurate customer documentation. Promote products to meet sales targets and participate in ongoing training to maintain licensure. Work remotely using a wired Ethernet connection with two monitors and a provided headset, adhering to strict internet speed requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must hold a valid Healthcare Insurance License
- A wired Ethernet connection with at least 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds (wireless connections are not allowed)
- Two 21" monitors
- A hard-wired broadband Internet connection via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic is required
- Wireless connections, including encrypted ones, are not allowed for accessing the clients Work at Home systems
- You must provide your own headset
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening

- Previous call center experience is preferred
