Job Summary

Licensed Health Insurance Agent responsible for guiding prospective customers through health plans, enrolling them, and meeting or exceeding sales goals while complying with CMS guidelines. Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound calls, assessing customer needs, presenting and enrolling in suitable plans, maintaining CRM records, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Requires active health insurance license, Medicare sales experience, strong communication skills, ability to meet sales targets, and proficiency with Office tools; bi-lingual with English/Spanish is a plus. Compensation starts at $20/hour plus uncapped commission, with an average annual target of $88,000 and top agents around $120K+, plus benefits and incentives; remote work in the United States.

Required Qualifications

  • Active and valid resident health insurance license
  • Minimum of 2 years of Medicare Sales experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and web browsing tools
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and monthly OIG checks
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus
