Licensed Guard

Licensed Guard responsible for providing security detail at Elwood/Joliet postings on Saturdays and Sundays (7a-7p and 7p-7a). Duties include controlling entrances and movement of traffic, patrolling buildings and perimeters, escorting materials and personnel, inspecting security and fire exposures, and performing special assignments per post orders. Maintain professional image, deliver excellent customer service, coordinate with customers and local authorities, monitor cameras, know emergency procedures, complete Daily Activity Reports and incident reports, and contribute to safety and loss-prevention processes. Knowledge of life safety systems, fire panels, CCTV, elevators and access doors is expected, with adherence to training and compliance guidelines.
