Licensed Guard

Provide security detail per post orders and establish working relationships with customers, local law enforcement and fire departments. Duties include controlling entrances and movement of pedestrians and vehicle traffic, patrolling buildings and perimeters, escorting material and personnel, inspecting security and fire exposures, and handling special assignments. Maintain a professional image with excellent customer service; monitor cameras and emergency procedures; complete Daily Activity Reports, Incident Reports and other relevant reports; report any suspicious activity; stay up-to-date with post orders and communicate with Security Supervisor about new issues or changes. Be proactive in safety and loss prevention, with knowledge of life safety systems and related equipment; ensure operation of elevators and access doors; comply with training and compliance guidelines.
