Job Summary
Group Lead responsible for the clinical planning and execution of therapeutic day treatment groups, IOP groups, and/or other group services for youth. Provides professional clinical services and documentation, including assessments, treatment planning, group treatment, skills building, case management, and discharge/aftercare planning. Maintains required clinical documentation and delivery hours; leads day treatment/IOP groups; applies evidence-based curricula; ensures safety and whereabouts of clients on-site; assists with crisis intervention and transportation as needed; collaborates with parents/guardians and community providers to maintain communication and advocacy. Maintains ongoing training, meetings, and licensure requirements; upholds confidentiality and ethical standards; contributes to an equal-opportunity work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in social work or relevant field
- Master’s degree preferred
- Valid Ohio LSW, or LPC required
- Experience working with children, adolescents and their families
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets underwriting criteria
- Must be approved by Bellefaire to transport clients in own vehicle
