Manage daily store operations, including sales, customer service, lab work, and administrative tasks. Recruit, train, motivate, and manage store employees to ensure adherence to Eyemart standards while maintaining sales goals, monitoring lab production, and driving customer satisfaction. Oversee inventory control, budget management, reporting, and store maintenance to deliver operational excellence. Requires current State License and at least one year of retail management experience.
