Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with orthopedic conditions to develop tailored treatment plans, implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques including manual therapy, exercises, and functional training. Monitor patient progress and adapt strategies to achieve rehabilitation outcomes for individuals recovering from orthopedic procedures, sports injuries, and chronic pain. Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise protocols while maintaining accurate records in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system. Collaborate with orthopedic physicians and medical staff to ensure coordinated care. Work onsite Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Current physical therapy license in the state of Michigan
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical reasoning
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care delivery
Desired Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent
- Previously worked in an outpatient clinical setting
