Job Summary
Licensed Financial Services Associate drives branch sales by delivering investment and credit recommendations, proactively identifying opportunities to promote Meridian products, and building lasting Member relationships. Responsibilities include meeting/exceeding individual and team goals, opening new Member accounts, providing wealth and advisory insights, and leveraging internal partners (Wealth, Small Business, Mobile Mortgage) to enhance the Member experience. Requires MFDA licensing, post-secondary experience in financial services sales, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to drive revenue and member outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- MFDA licensing required
- Post-secondary education 3 years equivalent work experience in financial services sales
- Strong sales and relationship-building experience in financial services
- Ability to provide investment and credit recommendations within approval limits
- Knowledge of Meridian products and services; ability to promote solutions that fit member needs
