Licensed Financial Services Associate - Full Time - 5 Month Contract

Job Summary
Conduct member-facing financial advice and credit product approvals within established limits while managing portfolios to build long-term relationships. Proactively engage in revenue-generating sales activities, open new accounts, and refer business across Retail Wealth, Small Business, and Mobile Mortgage channels. Meet and exceed individual and team-based business goals through consultative selling and digital engagement strategies. Resolve member concerns at first point of contact and balance daily operations against compliance and audit policies. Work alongside branch leadership to implement corporate strategies and participate in branch business planning.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education
- At minimum MFDA licensing
- 3 years of equivalent work experience in a financial services sales environment
- proven track record in sales
- Strong business acumen

- Strong knowledge of computer systems
- Flexible to work all scheduled hours which include evenings and weekends
