Licensed Fee for Service Social Worker - Hybrid

Clinical services are provided as part of an OMH-licensed outpatient mental health clinic/CCBHC, including evaluations; individual, group, and/or family therapy; case management; and crisis interventions. The role requires maintaining client documentation per standards, engaging with families and community agencies, coordinating care, participating in clinical meetings, and adhering to ethical and licensing requirements. Must reside in the United States and hold a valid NYS license (LMHC, LCAT, LMSW/LCSW). The position supports a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote) with telehealth options and occasional evening/weekend hours. Preferred experience includes treating children or adolescents and bilingual proficiency; strong skills in trauma-informed care, risk assessment, group facilitation, and clinical documentation in electronic health records.
