Job Summary
Provide professional skincare services including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and other approved treatments in a startup med spa setting. Educate clients on skincare routines, post-treatment care, and product recommendations; maintain a clean, safe treatment space; deliver outstanding customer service; help promote services and build long-term client relationships; collaborate with dental and med spa team to create a seamless patient experience. Requires current state esthetician license; previous spa/med spa experience preferred. Part-time role based in Monument, Colorado, joining a new practice where your input can make a big impact and growth opportunities exist as the business expands.
Required Qualifications
- Current state license as an esthetician
- Prior spa or med spa experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor
- Team player who is reliable, flexible, and excited to grow with a new practice
