Analyze, consult, and perform facials and body treatments while directing all efforts toward member satisfaction in a professional setting. Handle clients in difficult situations with excellent communication skills, utilizing new techniques and ideas to deliver the Equinox experience. Maintain strong time management and organizational abilities, leveraging specific training in facial and body waxing within a growing lifestyle brand. This role offers room for growth into management and includes incentive pay based on services performed.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Esthetician license
- Minimum of one (1) year of salon or spa experience
- Specific training in facial and body waxing
- Ability to handle clients in difficult situations
- Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly
- Passionate, intelligent, and knowledgeable regarding the fitness industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-up skills
- Ability to utilize new techniques and ideas
- Computer literate
- Legal right to work in the United States
