Job Summary
Licensed Esthetician needed at Hand & Stone Short Pump to perform facial services and skincare treatments, design progressive treatment plans with homecare recommendations, maintain esthetics licensure and liability insurance, provide top-tier client experiences, meet sales/performance goals, and participate in ongoing training. This role focuses on delivering high-quality skincare treatments and educating clients while contributing to team success in a spa environment. Training and development opportunities are available; position is part-time with benefits such as insurance options, PTO, and advancement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working
- Carry Esthetics liability insurance
- Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations
- Provide world class client experience by performing top-level services
- Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's skincare goals
- Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude
- Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff
- Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership
- Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
